Return/Refund Information
Returns and Shipping Information:
At PawfectWear, we are committed to our customers satisfaction. We know returns happen. You may return your purchase within 15 days of the ship date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
If you need to request a refund, please email contact@pawfectwear.com with your order number to receive instruction on how to send your return back to us. If the item is defective we will issue a prepaid return label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of her/his choice.
Returns,
- All items must be in original packaging, unwashed, unworn and with all original tags attached.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment at the time of checkout.
- Shipping cost are not refundable.
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept a return if items are worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Due to sanitary reasons, toys are NOT REFUNDABLE unless it's a result of our error or it's defective.
- Please note that you are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we are not responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
- Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges as our POS system won't allow exchanges, but we will gladly issue a refund. Please email contact@pawfectwear.com with any questions.
- All Sale items are final. No return or exchange unless the product is defective.
Return/Refund Guideline
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the conditions below are not met:
- Items have been worn, used, washed and/or altered.
- Items are not returned in original packaging.
- Items do not have original tags.
- Packaged goods are not returned unopened and in new, resalable condition.
- Returned without a receipt.
- Returned after 15 days of ordering.
